Process and audit enterprise payroll, maintain employee payroll records in HRIS, resolve payroll issues and inquiries, ensure compliance, partner with HR/Benefits/Finance, and support continuous improvement.

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, cleansing, profiling, and reporting to detect anomalies and improve data quality. Collaborate with system experts, support compliance-related data activities, run queries, and identify automation and matching opportunities under team lead supervision.
