Lead architecture and modernization of customer-facing platforms using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure. Lead high-impact strategy advisory engagements for SMEs and mid-market clients, oversee multiple concurrent mandates end-to-end, advise on enterprise strategy, M&A and post-merger integration, support consulting business development, and contribute to methodology and thought leadership.

Lead and deliver operations advisory projects for SMEs, including process and plant layout optimization, operational efficiency improvements, project management, and business development support. Serve as subject-matter expert, develop advisory solutions, support proposals and outreach, and transfer knowledge to Client Partners to drive measurable client outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of small-business clients (sales up to $3M), generate new business, analyze and present financing proposals, apply credit judgment, and network locally to drive client acquisition and retention.
