Facilitate workshops, translate organisational challenges into actionable strategies, align stakeholders, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to transition advisory work into execution. Support presales, early-stage delivery, and contribute thought leadership.

Manage and support Modern Workplace endpoints: configure devices, administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365, implement configuration changes, troubleshoot incidents, create Intune application packages, perform validation testing, and contribute to standards for Modern Workplace environments.

Lead a small events team to design, plan, and deliver internal social and professional events that strengthen culture. Own event strategy, stakeholder communication, vendor management, budgets, and continuous improvement to increase employee engagement.

Lead Configuration Management and CMDB governance across services: define strategy and roadmap, implement processes and toolsets, ensure data quality and integrations, set roles and KPIs, facilitate governance boards, and maintain process documentation to improve ITSM maturity.

Lead and grow a cloud operations team responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of Azure platforms.
