The Product Specialist at Ayvens will focus on market analysis, product design, customer research, and developing strategies to innovate products for the car leasing industry, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Manage and convert leasing opportunities for used vehicles, guiding prospects through the full sales process from enquiry to contract and delivery. Prepare offers, conduct follow-ups, maintain client communication, negotiate, handle administrative tasks, and support multiple team functions in a mainly digital environment.

Own and operate finance controls: design, test and remediate controls, identify and manage risks, run incident response and root cause fixes, maintain risk frameworks and reporting, deliver governance, and support stakeholder and regulatory requirements including Consumer Duty metrics and fair value assessments.

First-line support for the Core System MILES: handle incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and escalate to Change Teams or suppliers, prepare/test/deploy periodic updates, ensure daily system operation and user satisfaction.

The role involves drafting, negotiating contracts, implementing a contract management tool, ensuring compliance, and providing legal support across group companies.

Maintain and update pricing parameters and tariffs, analyze and report global and client profitability, perform back-testing and ad hoc financial analyses, and build Power BI dashboards to support pricing decisions and business planning.

Prepare monthly management accounts, post journals, own designated income statement and balance sheet areas, produce analysis and MI, maintain reconciliations and controls, support audits and ad hoc finance projects to inform business decisions.

Write, manage and execute customer communications across driver, client and partner channels; maintain communications library; ensure FCA-compliant transactional messaging; drive digital communications (email, website, FAQs); coordinate sign-off and distribution with data colleagues and support ad hoc external communications requests.

Manage accident and own-damage processes for drivers: oversee repairs, minimize repair time and cost, ensure quality claim files, support drivers, monitor partners and insurance claims, resolve complaints, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Perform fleet administration tasks including vehicle taxing, V5 and MOT data management, safety recall and uninsured vehicle administration, processing fines/invoices, customer query handling, supplier liaison, and maintaining accurate vehicle records and process documentation.
