Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design: Develop/refine product offerings that align with market demand, ensuring a balance between risk management, profitability, and customer acceptance. Run product pilots and assess success.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market studies to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze customer behavior, feedback and upgrade product specifications
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market and customer data to drive decision-making and prioritize product development initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, credit, risk, marketing, IT/Digital and finance, to build offerings and go-to-market plans. Develop end to end journeys from acquisition to retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track success of product initiatives through key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, such as customer acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
  • Innovation: Think creatively to propose out-of-the-box solutions that address market gaps and differentiate the company’s offerings from competitors. Leverage of digital & technology to create competitive advantage.
  • Growth/Product Uptake: In collaboration with Marketing & Performance teams, drive product uptake via Ayvens’ digital platforms

Professional Skills

  • Proven track record in launching and managing retail products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Structured problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work across departments. Collaborative.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar tools) and market research techniques
  • Understanding of financial modeling, pricing, and unit economics
  • Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development methodologies/Project management (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, retail finance, lending, or similar domains
  • Strong understanding of retail customer segments and financial products
