Prepare and review fund financial statements, maintain ledgers and reconciliations, assist with NAV calculations, fees, carried interest and waterfalls. Support administration of international funds across the full lifecycle, including investor onboarding, CDD/KYC, cash monitoring, payment authorization, investor communications, FATCA/CRS support, and process improvement. Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate team deliverables, and provide guidance to colleagues while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Manage a portfolio of trusts, companies and private wealth structures for international clients. Support client transactions, governance, regulatory compliance, and collaborate with accounting, compliance and finance teams to deliver accurate, high-quality fiduciary services while identifying opportunities to improve client experience and operational processes.

Lead and manage an investor services team delivering accurate investor transactions, reporting, FATCA/CRS and AML/KYC compliance. Oversee client relationships, SLAs, risk escalation, process improvements and strategic projects to ensure high-quality fund services.

Support investor onboarding and maintain accurate investor records and shareholder registers. Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and capital activities. Coordinate investor reporting, distributions and communications, collaborate with Accounting, monitor FATCA/CRS compliance, handle investor queries, identify risks and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

Lead business development for Private Wealth & Corporate across Luxembourg and Europe; build pipelines, manage complex sales, develop strategic relationships and intermediaries, represent the firm at events, support cross-selling, use CRM for forecasting, and help shape local service propositions.
