Job Description

Purpose of the Job  

Drive new business growth across the Americas by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients access the full range of services we offer globally. You'll work closely with jurisdictional leadership teams, develop a deep understanding of our service offering, and play a key role in expanding our presence and revenue in one of our most strategic regions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the Americas, turning relationships into long-term partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and winning opportunities across our global service offering.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their ambitions and connecting them with the right solutions and expertise.
  • Lead opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement, maintaining momentum throughout the sales cycle.
  • Shape commercial discussions and negotiate deals that deliver value for clients while supporting business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to create compelling client propositions and win complex opportunities.
  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple service lines.
  • Represent the business in the market through networking, industry events and thought leadership, helping to strengthen our brand and reputation.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships within the private wealth, trust and fiduciary services sector.
  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Understanding of trust, fiduciary and private client services, with the ability to discuss complex structures and solutions confidently.
  • Well-developed business development and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across key markets and professional communities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory, legal and governance frameworks affecting private client and trust structures.
  • Ability to take a consultative approach to sales, translating client objectives into practical and commercially effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with experience engaging a broad range of stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
