Leads cross-functional coordination for wind and solar projects, aligning business development, operations, procurement, legal, land, logistics, and other teams. Owns project P&L accounts, identifies and mitigates risks, develops business development documentation, monitors process checkpoints, and creates alerts for potential barriers. Drives process optimization, cost reduction, resource allocation, sustainability improvements, and innovation across renewable energy projects.

Develops and reviews structural designs for pre-engineered building projects using AutoCAD and STAAD. Ensures compliance with industry standards and project specifications, collaborates with project and site teams to resolve design challenges, and optimizes designs for material efficiency and structural stability.

Verifies vendor bills against approved contracts, rates, measurement records, and required documentation. Cross-checks completed on-site work against Daily Progress Reports and supporting records, ensuring billed quantities do not exceed actual execution or approved Bill of Quantities amounts. The role focuses on billing accuracy, contractual compliance, documentation completeness, and validation of vendor work and invoices.

Manages customer relationships, interactions, and data while developing CRM strategies, analyzing customer behavior, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. The role also coordinates client meetings, provides technical solutions to the team, prepares billing MIS reports, and oversees billing management.

Manage site stores for solar project materials, including receiving, inspecting, storing, tagging, issuing, and tracking inventory. Maintain GRNs, MRNs, stock registers, issue slips, ERP records, and periodic reports. Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation, monitor slow-moving items, prevent loss and damage, coordinate with purchasing, finance, vendors, and transporters, and ensure safety, housekeeping, ISO compliance, and proper scrap disposal.

Leads procurement for renewable energy projects, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier and turnkey contracts, managing vendors, budgets, inventory, policies, compliance, and procurement teams. Coordinates with engineering, operations, finance, quality, and business development to support project timelines and estimates. Oversees solar plant equipment and service procurement, logistics and imports, supplier performance, HSE audits, ISO records, and process improvements. Requires strong renewable energy procurement expertise, contract management, negotiation, ERP knowledge, and leadership of teams of 10 or more.
