The Director of Engineering leads the engineering team, ensuring compliance with standards, managing maintenance and budgets, and overseeing engineering services for the resort.

Lead HR strategy and operations for the resort, oversee compensation and benefits, ensure legal compliance, manage employee communications, drive organizational development, and advise executive management to support retention and workforce performance.

Lead hotel finance and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, capex, audits, internal controls, and compliance. Provide financial strategy, insights to leadership, cost control collaboration, and represent the hotel to auditors, banks, and regulators.

Perform daily income audit and accounting tasks including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processing, credit card reconciliation, Micros vs Opera checks, PO/invoice verification, coding invoices to GL, supplier payments, monthly inventory counts, journal entries, monthly accruals and departmental reconciliations, and producing required invoice documentation for month-end.

Manage and maintain all property IT systems, networks, and voice communications; ensure 24/7 system availability; support end users and guests; implement corporate IT initiatives; oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and IT trainings; resolve daily IT requests.

Support Sales & Marketing with administrative coordination for group and leisure sales: manage enquiries, prepare contracts and proposals, maintain client records and CRM, coordinate site visits and client itineraries, assist interdepartmental communication, track leads, and support sales presentations and event execution for an ultra-luxury resort.
