Define the technical roadmap for a B2B digital customer interaction platform, translate business needs into scalable solutions, guide architecture and development practices, and promote code quality, automation, CI/CD, and technical debt reduction. Collaborate with product, business, architecture, and technology stakeholders while coaching developers and driving innovation across cloud-native, full-stack applications.

Own the vision, roadmap, budget, adoption, and effectiveness of Telenet’s Developer Platform. Lead platform engineers while delivering CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, internal developer portals, golden paths, and AI-assisted development capabilities. Partner with architecture, engineering leadership, and cybersecurity to ensure reliability, security, and compliance. Manage hiring, coaching, performance, stakeholder communication, and platform evangelism.

Own the strategic and financial management of the Unit-T partnership, including budgeting, forecasting, contract governance, stakeholder alignment, performance oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement. Lead governance forums, business cases, transformation initiatives, and long-term value creation while ensuring ESG, safety, sustainability, compliance, and service objectives are achieved.
