We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our Advisor Desktop & Ecosystem team, part of the Customer Operations Steering Tribe. This team focuses on optimizing the tools and platforms that empower advisors to provide fast, efficient, and personalized service to our customers. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable business requirements, and drive the future vision of our advisor platforms.
Your Responsibilities :
As a Business Consultant, your primary focus will be improving the experience of our advisors, ensuring they have the best tools and processes to assist customers effectively. You will act as the key link between business teams, technology teams, and external partners to ensure optimal solutions are delivered.
- Understand and influence the roadmaps of key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows, ensuring alignment with advisor experience goals.
- Define and document business requirements for the platforms used by our advisors, ensuring clarity for development teams and external delivery partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore and implement innovative solutions that streamline advisor interactions.
- Paint the picture of our future to visualize user interface improvements and workflow optimizations for advisor tools.
- Drive solution design and validation, ensuring that improvements enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in customer interactions.
- Oversee implementation, working closely with the delivery partner on testing, validation, and the ‘go-live’ process.

Skills Required
- Expertise with Pega or other BPM platforms
- Proven ability to gather, structure and manage business requirements (use cases, user stories, epics)
- Experience in process modeling, management, documentation and end-to-end process ownership
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate complex technical and business input into solutions
- Experience performing functional, technical and impact analyses, drafting business cases and evaluating solutions
- Ability to act as technical domain expert and provide guidance to Product Owner and delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and sales domain (preferably Telenet)
- Ability to coach stakeholders on acceptance criteria, change management and implementation
- Collaborative skills to work with architecture, regulatory, product marketing, billing and other cross-functional teams
- Willingness to be present in the office at least three days per week for first six months
