Manage strategic relationships with issuing and acquiring banks to grow digital payment products and RuPay Credit Cards. Own business growth targets, go-to-market strategies, commercial programs, incentive campaigns, and portfolio expansion. Lead cross-functional execution with product, operations, technology, finance, and risk teams. Track performance metrics, prepare MIS, analyze data, resolve partner escalations, and maintain expertise in payments, credit cards, compliance, and market trends.

Administer PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and ClickHouse databases for high-volume fintech workloads. Design schemas, indexes, partitioning, replication, disaster recovery, and point-in-time recovery strategies. Tune performance, automate operations with Shell and Python, manage access controls and compliance, resolve production incidents, document systems, and provide 24/7 on-call support while collaborating with application and engineering teams.

Provide Level-2 support for enterprise infrastructure across Linux and Windows servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, networking, and container platforms. Responsibilities include system administration, provisioning, monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, patching, OS hardening, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery support, documentation, reporting, and coordination with L3 teams and vendors.
