Designs, deploys, secures, manages, and supports enterprise Windows endpoint infrastructure using Intune and MECM/SCCM. Responsibilities include Autopilot, operating system deployment, software distribution, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, application packaging, Windows migrations, kiosk solutions, troubleshooting, Level 3 support, automation with PowerShell, change management, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams.

Designs and governs scalable, secure, resilient infrastructure architectures across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. Responsibilities include defining infrastructure blueprints and standards, evaluating technologies, supporting modernization and cloud adoption, ensuring architecture compliance, documenting solution designs, and participating in governance and strategic planning. The role covers compute, storage, networking, virtualization, security, backup, disaster recovery, automation, monitoring, high availability, and business continuity while advising technical and business stakeholders.

Operate and sustain ServiceNow CMDB health, quality, and reliability. Monitor CMDB metrics, perform audits, remediation, cleanup, reconciliation, and deduplication. Provide L2/L3 support for CMDB incidents and problems, troubleshoot Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and integrations, and maintain CI relationships and lifecycle data. Produce operational reports and KPIs, validate change impacts, collaborate with technical teams, and enforce CMDB governance and ITIL Configuration Management practices.
