Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Business partners to understand
Data products.
· Analyse the requirements and translate into Data products and Info marts.
· Analyse
and Create Dimensional Data Models using Kimball methodology.
· Coach and Train existing team
in BI Business Analysis space.
· Play
a key role in aligning and contributing to realize Colruyt Group’s
strategic data ambition.
Profile:
· 10+
years of overall
experience in Business Intelligence.
· Atleast 6+ years of working experience in business requirements analysis in
Business Intelligence.
· Expertise
in working with Information Stewards, Information Modelers, Information Coaches and Business users to capture and describe
business requirements for creating Raw
and Business Vault.
· Expertise
in Datavault 2.0 Methodology to create Raw and Business Vaults.
· Expertise
in Vaultspeed tool to create vaults.
· Expertise
in creating data models using Kimball methodology.
· Proficient
in understanding DWH databases preferably Sybase IQ
· Good
Knowledge in analysing & writing complex SQLs in an efficient way.
· Expertise
in solving performance issues and tuning Queries for SQL generated using
vaultspeed tool.
· Working
with Cloudera Platform is an advantage.
· Prior
retail domain knowledge is an advantage.
· Excellent Communication, Analytical
Mindset
· Good Team player with an exceptional Stakeholder management
Skills Required
- 10+ years of overall Business Intelligence experience
- At least 6 years of experience analyzing business requirements in Business Intelligence
- Experience working with Information Stewards, Information Modelers, Information Coaches, and business users to capture and describe requirements
- Expertise in DataVault 2.0 methodology for creating Raw and Business Vaults
- Expertise with the Vaultspeed tool
- Expertise creating data models using Kimball methodology
- Proficiency with data warehouse databases, preferably Sybase IQ
- Knowledge of analyzing and writing complex SQL efficiently
- Expertise resolving performance issues and tuning Vaultspeed-generated SQL queries
- Working knowledge of the Cloudera Platform
- Prior retail domain knowledge
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
