The E-Workplace Clients team is responsible for provisioning, managing, and supporting end-user devices across Colruyt Group, including Windows and macOS laptops and desktops. The team delivers both operational support and project-based services, while providing Level 2 and Level 3 support through Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
As a Consultant - Client Infrastructure, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, securing, managing, and supporting the Windows client environment. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams to enhance the end-user computing experience.
Experience
6-10 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Windows Client Engineering, or Workplace Infrastructure Management.
Requirements
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
- Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and application deployment policies.
- Manage device lifecycle activities including Windows Autopilot, OSD, software deployment, patch management, and driver/firmware updates.
- Implement and support endpoint security solutions, compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related Microsoft technologies while proactively driving security improvements.
- Build and maintain Windows client infrastructure solutions and support Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration initiatives including application compatibility validation and user readiness activities.
- Support Windows kiosk configurations and shared device solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex Windows, endpoint, networking (DNS/DHCP/VPN), and application-related issues.
- Provide Level 3 support for workplace services, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
- Plan, review, test, and implement changes related to end-user computing services while maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Manage software distribution and endpoint configuration using Intune and MECM/SCCM.
- Support application packaging, testing, and deployment using technologies such as AdminStudio, InstallShield, MSIX, App-V, and PowerShell.
- Contribute to modern workplace initiatives and cloud-first endpoint management strategies and develop automation solutions and continuously improve endpoint management processes using PowerShell scripting.
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Application teams to deliver secure, modern, and reliable workplace services.
- Participate in the team's business-hours support rotation (Ombuds) as per the team roster.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on incidents, projects, and operational activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across End User Computing services.
