Designs, deploys, administers, and troubleshoots large-scale MECM/SCCM environments, including site servers, distribution points, management points, SQL Server, CMG, and co-management. The role manages patching, application deployments, compliance policies, certificates, and infrastructure performance. It also involves migrating workloads to Microsoft Intune, automating processes with PowerShell and WMI, creating SSRS reports, performing root cause analysis, documenting systems, and training internal teams.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting architecture and interfaces, coding, debugging, technical and usability design, stakeholder communication, and maintaining current technology knowledge.

Own and manage the company website content ecosystem, including CMS administration, page updates, content structure, navigation, audits, SEO optimization, editing, and content quality. Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams on website updates and campaigns while ensuring brand consistency, engagement, search performance, and conversions.

Analyze Power BI reports, datasets, semantic models, and Alteryx workflows to trace data from source systems through ETL processes. Identify databases, schemas, tables, views, and columns; understand SQL transformations; map data relationships; and create source-to-target mappings and data lineage documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate reporting logic, document architecture, and identify redundant or obsolete data sources.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React or Angular, and Azure. Responsibilities include mentoring developers, making architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, building full-stack applications and APIs, deploying Azure cloud solutions, establishing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements, and ensuring secure, scalable, maintainable software through Agile practices and automated testing.
