The Legal Counsel will advise on pension risk transfer arrangements, covering legal advisory, transaction structuring, and regulatory support in the pension de-risking sector.

Lead and manage reconciliation activities: coordinate with teams and outsourced providers to obtain transaction data, research and resolve reconciling items, post journal entries, support monthly close and external audits, maintain controls and governance, manage risks, support projects (requirements, testing, implementation), and build stakeholder relationships.

Lead end-to-end oversight of NAV production, fund accounting, and financial reporting for public markets funds. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, regulatory compliance, and strong controls across outsourced TPAs. Perform error and risk validation, support remediation and investigations, manage complex stakeholder queries, and drive process and governance improvements.

Lead NAV and fund financial reporting oversight for private assets, manage oversight team, validate errors and risks, drive remediation, govern controls, liaise with TPAs, auditors and stakeholders, and deliver continuous process and control improvements.

Lead and oversee transactional reconciliations, post and review journal entries, manage audit interactions, ensure compliance and control frameworks, investigate and resolve reconciling items, support project delivery and implementation, and build stakeholder relationships to maintain and improve control environment and risk management.

Lead NAV and fund financial reporting oversight for public asset funds, ensuring accuracy of TPA outputs, driving control governance, remediation of errors, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across fund accounting, pricing, reporting, and costs & charges.

Oversee end-to-end NAV production, fund accounting and financial reporting for private markets funds. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance, validate errors, manage TPAs, drive control improvements, and handle complex stakeholder queries.

Lead and review account reconciliations and journal entries (cash, prepaid, accruals, intercompany), coordinate with internal teams and outsourced providers to resolve reconciling items, post journals, drive monthly reviews and annual external audits, support projects (requirements, testing, implementation), ensure compliance and strong control environment, manage risks and remediation, and build stakeholder relationships.

Lead evaluation of private equity opportunities: conduct due diligence, market and macro research, build financial models, prepare investment memos, manage closing, monitor portfolio performance, and produce valuation and monitoring reports for investment committees.

Lead preparation and review of consolidated fund financial reporting, draft IFRS 10 and technical accounting memos, perform GAAP-to-IFRS consolidation adjustments, create roll-forwards and reconciliations for NAV and IFRS reporting, maintain control evidence, coordinate with auditors/TPAs/fund teams, and support junior team members while suggesting process improvements.
