Lead end-to-end pricing for bulk purchase annuities and pension de-risking solutions. Integrate commercial, investment, longevity, reinsurance, balance sheet, and structuring workstreams; support senior stakeholders with analysis and strategy; develop pricing models and technology solutions; manage outsourcing arrangements; lead novel transaction and product pricing initiatives; and mentor junior team members.

Lead ownership of the Group Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) and financial crime methodology. Challenge, aggregate and translate business unit risk assessments into Group-level insights. Maintain risk registers, jurisdiction heatmaps, watchlist/screening and exit frameworks. Engage senior stakeholders, present to Executive/Board committees, and drive continuous improvement across AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery, KYC/CDD and third-party risk.

Provide practical data privacy advice and subject-matter expertise across the organisation, embed privacy-by-design, support GDPR and UK data protection compliance, manage privacy governance and reporting, and work with stakeholders and tools (including OneTrust) to identify, assess and escalate privacy risks.

Lead and run the India Internal Reporting COE for performance management and cost, managing a 60+ team. Own end-to-end process delivery, drive finance transformation, automation, process re-engineering, controls, KPIs and efficiency improvements. Partner with global Finance and IT, ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and regulatory policies, and drive people, DEI, and risk & control agendas locally.

Support and improve group financial reporting processes to meet regulatory obligations and business objectives. Prepare reporting documentation (Audit Committee, Disclosure Committee), manage external audit requests, facilitate meetings, capture actions, draft reporting instructions, maintain controls, respond to ad hoc finance queries, and build collaborative relationships across the finance community to reduce operational risk.

Support rollout of PruFund to third-party platforms by testing pControl functionality, verifying file exchanges, reporting defects, raising change requests, updating business procedures, and supporting go-live readiness and project delivery planning.

Execute hands-on operational system set-ups for client mandates, fund launches and onboarding events across fund structures, custody, markets, instruments and derivatives. Liaise with custodians and third parties, resolve exceptions, maintain auditable records, support go-live readiness, drive process improvements and provide guidance to junior colleagues while ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.

Lead and review consolidation reporting for funds, including IFRS10 assessments, GAAP-to-IFRS adjustments, NAV reconciliations, technical accounting memos, and stakeholder coordination. Drive process and control improvements, support audits, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely, compliant consolidated financial submissions to Group reporting.

Provide oversight of NAV processes and fund financial reporting for private markets funds. Validate outputs from third-party administrators, perform error and risk analysis, support remediation and regulatory reporting, advise on fund launches, integrations, restructurings and valuations, design NAV controls, and manage complex stakeholder and TPA relationships to strengthen controls and governance across fund accounting and reporting.
