Manage credit control operations to collect outstanding debt, process and reconcile claims, authorize and review credit limits, oversee month-end AR processes, lead a credit control team, drive SAP improvements, ensure compliance with South African credit legislation, and deliver DSO and cashflow forecasting.

Build customer relationships, execute sales and marketing plans, manage merchandising, pricing, displays and claims, analyze POS/store data to identify opportunities, maintain customer records, and support account negotiations to meet sales objectives.

Coordinate job bidding and bid-training across production areas per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for temporary and cross-trained employees, maintain training records in HRIS/LMS, build training plans, monitor effectiveness, and support staffing levels.
