Build and maintain data engineering processes and cloud-based data solutions within Agile feature teams. Manage a significant agricultural business banking portfolio across the Highlands and Moray region. Build lasting relationships with farming customers, identify growth opportunities, analyze financial statements and due diligence, and optimize income and return on equity. Collaborate with agricultural leadership and wider teams while ensuring risk appetite, compliance, and credit quality are maintained. The role requires strong agricultural market knowledge, financial analysis, communication, organization, problem-solving, and regular regional travel.

Resolves queries, issues, and complaints using sound judgment, escalating complex cases when needed. Builds rapport through written communication and callbacks, collaborates across the People function, manages sensitive data accurately, and delivers timely, consistent service while meeting targets and deadlines.
