Develops customized insurance and risk management solutions for credit union clients. Responsibilities include assessing complex risks, creating integrated insurance proposals, presenting recommendations to senior leaders and boards, overseeing large accounts, supporting underwriting strategies, developing risk management materials, and identifying product or service gaps. The role also provides technical guidance, supports product development, and builds trusted client and colleague relationships.

Reviews mutual fund transactions and activities for regulatory compliance, identifies concerns, supports Advisors in resolving issues, conducts location audits, submits compliance reports, and provides coaching and training. The role also assists with onboarding new Advisors and liaises with Registrations. It requires mutual fund experience, licensing, compliance certification, regulatory knowledge, occasional travel, and use of a personal vehicle.

Plans, leads, and completes complex IT, systems development, operational, compliance, and special audits. Evaluates technology controls, identifies gaps, prepares audit reports, supports external auditors, develops ACL-based audit programs, conducts peer reviews, and advises projects on risk management and controls. Supervises audit team members, communicates findings to technical and business stakeholders, and promotes improvements in governance, control processes, and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain web-based applications and system solutions using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, and related technologies. Translate requirements into implementation plans, write and test code, support acceptance testing, troubleshoot defects, and document processes. The role also involves CI/CD automation, API development, containerized workloads, DevOps practices, and collaboration with IT business partners.
