Lead and support the Risk Management Division's innovation and continuous improvement agenda by identifying process optimization opportunities, facilitating workshops and ideation, implementing automation and efficiency initiatives, applying continuous improvement methodologies, tracking benefits and performance, supporting governance and reporting, and promoting adoption through training and engagement across business, technology, and support functions.
