Own end-to-end delivery of credit risk and stress testing transformation initiatives. Design Credit RWA and stress testing solutions, assess IRB and ECL model fitness, support portfolio risk initiatives, research industry practices, and maintain methodologies and guidelines. Lead a relationship management team serving PRC customers through offshore services. Responsibilities include team development, client relationship management, strategic planning, service delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, compliance and risk management, performance reporting, and driving client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and business growth.

Lead analysts in delivering proactive investment advisory and customized solutions to financial intermediary partners. Provide market and investment views, identify commercial opportunities, execute trades seamlessly, market the coverage platform to prospective clients, and develop creative solutions to grow the business while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Reviews sanctions concerns, Russia nexus events, data trawls, triggering events, and suspicious transaction reports. Collaborates with Compliance to maintain regulatory alignment and supports controls implementation, error remediation, and process improvements. Requires private or retail banking experience, at least five years in a similar role, strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Lead strategy, portfolio management, development, launches, campaigns, governance, analytics, and lifecycle management for deposit products across branch and digital channels. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, improve performance, and drive business results.
