Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager on indirect and logistics categories by developing spend analysis, market assessments, RFPs, bid events, supplier negotiations, and contract analysis for Operating Services, Equipment, and Compliance. Maintain performance analytics and work independently as part of a North American team.

Manage and validate master product data for new Finished Goods commercialization. Gather and reconcile large volumes of product information across R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance. Ensure accuracy, compliance, timely processing, and troubleshoot data issues using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Lead or oversee business analysis activities: elicit, document and present measurable requirements; liaise with IT and business stakeholders; ensure solutions meet business needs; coordinate with project and test leads; provide scope, schedule and cost impact input and BA estimates.

Coordinate and track internal IT audit activities: collect and score audit evidence, log issues into tracking systems, monitor remediation and pre-implementation reviews, and liaise with external audit firms.

Sell pharmaceutical or medical device products using proven inside/outside sales experience. Maintain accurate client/project records, use MS Office, communicate professionally, work independently and on teams, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments with initiative and sound judgment.
