Support and execute day-to-day SEO tasks across WebMD network: implement topic mappings, assess and recommend SEO opportunities, conduct health-related SEO research, fulfill ad hoc requests, and generate performance reports using analytics and third-party platforms to inform senior SEO staff.

Modify and maintain databases and DBMS; write logical and physical database descriptions; coordinate database development as part of project teams; review requests to estimate time and cost; troubleshoot and implement system changes; perform other assigned duties.

Provide Tier I end-user support via phone, email, and web; troubleshoot Windows desktops, Active Directory, Office apps, Gmail, networking and malware; log and track incidents; ensure proper system configurations; work rotating shifts for a 24x7 helpdesk.

Develop and customize Data Warehouse reports using Excel by writing queries to connect to Oracle. Build and optimize SQL queries, understand Oracle database structures and tables, and tailor report outputs. Familiarity with how Excel generates reports from Oracle is required. Cognos Impromptu experience is a strong plus. Position requires 100% onsite relocation and candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders.

Coordinate small IT projects or phases under direct supervision: identify resources, develop schedules, monitor progress, and report status to the Senior Project Manager to ensure timely completion. Short-term 2-month contract.

Lead and execute all internal communications for the bakery plant: produce newsletters, videos, meetings and intranet content; partner with managers to craft messages; drive change-management and employee engagement initiatives; build and lead a communications team; manage vendors, budgets, projects and metrics to measure impact.

Serve as first point of contact for IT support; diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop/printer hardware and software issues, troubleshoot VPN/token connections, perform remote software installs, log incidents in CA Service Desk, and identify self-service/automation opportunities to reduce helpdesk volume.
