Responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, and building pipelines of manufacturing and supply chain talent. Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market research and competitive intelligence, manage employer branding on social media, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates for contract and long-term roles.

Coordinate internal IT audits: collect and validate control evidence, track external audit scorecards and pre-implementation reviews, enter and monitor audit issues, and track remediation activities.

Partner with business analysts and subject-matter experts to design and evaluate integrated IT solutions. Assess commercial applications for fit with architecture and requirements, define standards and quality measures, and support implementation of scalable, mission-critical systems. Facilitate stakeholder relationships and lead technology initiatives.

Design, develop and administer integrations on the webMethods platform (Integration Server, TN, BPM). Implement REST/SOAP web services, EDI (ANSI X12), and integrate third-party APIs. Work with Java/J2EE, relational databases (Oracle/MySQL), and application servers (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat). Support protocols (HTTP/SSL/SFTP/SMTP) and collaborate across teams.

Define, create and maintain HR data structures; identify and acquire data sources; publish and monitor data for usage and quality; implement data quality audits and controls; resolve data integrity issues; develop data collection systems; maintain databases and present analytical findings to stakeholders.

Develop, test, debug, document, implement and maintain mainframe applications. Assist on complex projects, prepare programming specifications, and work independently or in teams with high autonomy.

Perform accurate data entry using Windows and web-based applications on dual-monitor workstations. Handle multiple systems, type efficiently (30 WPM preferred), provide phone-based customer service, research issues timely, and support financial-services workflows. High school diploma required; related degree or industry experience preferred.

Work on NMR and dielectric instrumentation: optimize and troubleshoot equipment, operate or help build custom instruments, and perform experimental sample preparation and analysis. Development and training opportunities provided.

Develop, implement, and maintain web and client .NET applications (VB.NET/C#) using SOA best practices. Perform unit testing, documentation, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to offshore teams. Work with Microsoft BI stack, integrate with other technologies, and use TFS for Agile tracking.

Handle IT procurement activities including RFP and PO creation, vendor coordination and issue resolution. Perform procurement analysis using SAP and Microsoft Office. Contract role for 10 months.
