Lead strategic sales growth for retail-tech SaaS solutions across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Owns the design, deployment, and evolution of an Azure-based container platform for a SaaS product. Responsibilities include AKS architecture, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD and GitOps, infrastructure as code, networking, scalability, disaster recovery, high availability, observability, security, and cloud cost optimization. The role establishes platform standards, leads migration to AKS, conducts architecture reviews, defines reliability practices, and serves as a technical escalation point for platform engineering.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, email campaigns, online research, and prospecting. Identify customer needs, present aligned solutions, manage sales inquiries and follow-ups, maintain accurate CRM records, support pipeline progression, and conduct market research to identify opportunities.

Identifies new business opportunities, develops strategic business plans, manages the full ERP sales cycle, builds client relationships, conducts software demonstrations, negotiates contracts, closes deals, analyzes market trends, and collaborates with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and company growth.

Own and rebuild the full talent acquisition function, including ATS implementation, hiring processes, sourcing, interview structures, metrics, employer branding, vendor management, and active recruitment. Lead tech and product hiring, partner with hiring managers, establish SLAs and scorecards, report pipeline performance to leadership, and manage TA team members. The role requires building scalable recruitment processes while delivering hiring outcomes at pace.

Own an ERP module or module cluster across discovery, requirements, roadmap prioritization, delivery, UAT, adoption, and post-launch improvement. Translate finance, merchandising, inventory, and supply chain workflows into functional requirements, process designs, prototypes, and API documentation. Coordinate with Engineering, QA, customers, Sales, Support, and Customer Success while managing dependencies, data migration, statutory logic, integrations, release enablement, training, and product analytics.

Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds client and stakeholder relationships, develops growth strategies, and drives customer acquisition. The role requires ERP sales expertise, market and competitor analysis, collaboration with internal teams, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
