Plan, execute, and optimize paid growth campaigns across quick-commerce marketplaces and Amazon. Own ad funnels, marketplace visibility, budget allocation, profitability, SKU optimization, and performance reporting. Analyze ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, sales velocity, competitor activity, and category rank while collaborating with sales, creative, marketplace, and operations teams. The role requires hands-on quick-commerce ad buying, marketplace strategy, consumer insight, and strong analytical execution.

Oversee e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse operations for two consumer brands. Manage picking, packing, inventory transfers, courier coordination, packer staffing, warehouse layout, 3PL relationships, billing, service levels, stock counts, returns, damages, and write-offs. Support marketing events and international orders while maintaining accurate ERP records, controlling fulfillment costs, and meeting operational targets.

Own Blood Thailand’s social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Create, publish, and localize short-form content in native Thai; manage Meta and TikTok advertising; source influencers and UGC creators; engage the community; track growth, ROAS, CAC, and traffic; and test new channels such as LINE OA, TikTok Shop, affiliates, and livestreams.

Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing strategies to grow retail presence: design POSMs and displays, plan and evaluate promotions, manage vendors and KAM coordination, oversee merchandising field team, analyze sell-out and promo ROI, monitor competitor activity, and conduct store audits to ensure availability and visibility.

Lead Thailand-specific brand strategy and full-funnel execution to drive awareness, trial, conversion and repeat. Manage nationwide 360° campaigns, retail trade activation, ecommerce alignment, consumer insights, agency partners, and campaign performance to grow commercial results and support product launches.

Lead end-to-end operations for India launch across quick commerce, marketplaces and DTC: inventory planning, quick commerce backend ops, 3PL/warehouse management, vendor/manufacturer coordination, compliance (GST/FSSAI), and SOPs/reporting to ensure fill rate, OTIF and inventory health.

Lead day-to-day social content strategy and production across Instagram and TikTok: script, film, edit, post, and report on performance. Create short-form video, write captions and emails, run organic content calendars, and scale content through influencer, affiliate, and creator partnerships to drive awareness and conversion.

Own end-to-end performance marketing for Blood (Singapore) and No Days Off (regional). Plan, launch, and optimise paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google and marketplaces; set budgets and ROAS targets; run high-frequency tests and A/B experiments; develop creative strategy and iterate content; report performance and insights to leadership to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.

Lead brand execution and commercial initiatives for Blood Thailand: plan and run ATL/BTL campaigns, own paid and organic social funnels, manage sampling activations and events, coordinate cross-functionally with retail and ecommerce partners, track campaign and brand health, manage budgets and timelines, and scale growth initiatives based on performance and insights.

Own and grow Modern Trade accounts in Thailand: drive sales, distribution, listings, promotions, and on-shelf availability. Lead negotiations, execute 6–12 month A&P/BTL plans, monitor sell-out and ROI, coordinate cross-functionally (trade marketing, supply chain, finance) and contribute to commercial strategy and execution excellence.
