Lead regional business development for Fiber Optics Production and Lab Test. Identify new customers and opportunities across Greater China and the wider region, engage technically with customers to match needs to Viavi capabilities, drive product adoption, and provide market intelligence to shape R&D and strategic partnerships.

Understand customer challenges, position VIAVI products, collaborate with sales, pre-sales, R&D and partners, demonstrate solutions, create opportunities, and develop sales strategies. Frequent travel to support customers and influence product evolution.

Validate and troubleshoot Ethernet physical-layer hardware and transceivers, reproduce and root-cause defects, build and maintain optical/copper lab setups, analyze failures and document defects, collaborate with HW/SW teams, define performance and scalability tests, and contribute to CI/CD automated regression for PHY test suites.

The Senior Digital Hardware Engineer designs and develops digital hardware systems for avionics and radio test equipment, utilizing EDA tools and high-speed buses.

The Photonics Engineer will prototype and validate optical solutions, develop AI-assisted testing workflows, and collaborate globally in R&D.

Develop high-speed FPGA designs and implement testing solutions. Requires experience with communications products, protocols, and FPGA devices. Strong analytical and communication skills essential.

Responsible for growing accounts in the IP/Chip sector through understanding market segments, customer needs, and product solutions in PCIe/CXL and Ethernet testing.
