Interfaces with semiconductor foundries and engineering teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, test coverage, and outgoing quality. Leads supplier quality activities, audits, scorecards, SCARs, process development, technology transfers, failure analysis, data-driven continuous improvement, and corrective actions. Supports wafer sort, process evaluation, final test correlation, DFM, DFT, and FMEA for TVS and advanced mixed-signal/wireless products.

Manage the Quality Management System across multiple global sites and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Provides accounting operations, financial reporting, cost analysis, and audit support for semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, standard-cost updates, manufacturing variance analysis, product and portfolio costing, yield and process cost modeling, and margin analysis. The role supports capacity planning, investment decisions, compliance, cross-functional initiatives, process improvement, and adoption of cost accounting tools. It requires collaboration with accounting, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Provides executive leadership for semiconductor product engineering across multiple divisions or product lines. Establishes enterprise strategy, governance, yield and quality frameworks, new product introduction and technology-transfer strategies, and manufacturing-readiness programs. Advises executive leadership, leads global transformation and innovation initiatives involving advanced analytics and AI, and develops high-performing engineering organizations. Requires extensive semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, yield management, quality, technology transition, and executive leadership experience. Travel is 25–40%, including international travel.

Define verification plans and strategies for RTL and SoC designs; develop UVM-based testbenches, assertion checkers, and functional coverage models; analyze coverage reports; debug verification and design issues; and collaborate with architecture and design teams. The role requires block- and SoC-level verification experience, formal and low-power verification knowledge, and bus architecture expertise.

Design and develop high-accuracy analog and mixed-signal ICs, own critical chip subsystems, lead chip development projects, and collaborate across product, test, verification, reliability, and manufacturing teams. Drive circuit innovation, perform schematic and full-chip design, process-corner and post-layout simulations, block-level LVS/DRC/PEX verification, device modeling, and design documentation. Support reliability, yield, DFM, lab validation, and production activities.

Coordinate semiconductor new product introduction programs from planning through production release. Maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, documentation, BOMs, routings, and lifecycle records. Support wafer, packaging, OSAT, sample, tooling, and supply logistics; create purchase orders and SAP requests; coordinate compliance, wafer configurations, change notifications, waivers, and release documentation. Partner with global engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
