Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. QMS Manager, this role is responsible for managing the Quality Management System and conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 across multiple sites.
Lead and conduct internal audits across all areas of the business. Manage resolution and follow-up on closure of internal and external audit findings, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), support Product Change Notification (PCN) and End-of-Life (EOL) process and customer notifications. Drive and participate in continual quality improvement projects
Responsibilities:
35%: Plan and conduct internal audits according to the latest ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others as applicable), across multiple sites globally.
35%: Write audit reports and communicate results to management. Follow up on all nonconformances detected during audits and ensure effective closure of findings (CAPA).
10% Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
5% Manage calibration process
5%: Coordinate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
10% other Quality / QMS related responsibleness: PCN, EOL, Waiver
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, materials science, semiconductor fabrication, or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics engineering, manufacturing, or quality – preferably in a high-tech or electronics industry – including hands-on experience conducting internal audits and participating in the CAPA process.
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 – required.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is required: 8D problem-solving, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), etc.

Desired Qualifications
IATF 16949 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification
ISO 22301 Lead Auditor certification
Familiarity with statistical and quality methodologies including Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R), and Design of Experiments (DOE) is desirable.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or equivalent SQA certification is an asset.
Travel requirement: 10–20% (domestic and international, across multiple sites globally).

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $82,000 - $92,000 CAD. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
