Responsible for overseeing teams working on customer deduction resolution, developing business partnerships, preparing KPI reports, coaching and training teams, analyzing receivable data, and driving continuous improvement in receivable activities.

Responsible for resolving deductions and reconciling accounts in a timely manner. Contact customers to secure payment on invalid deductions, research and resolve customer deductions, review remittance information, dispute claims, and identify areas for process improvement. Maintain aging reports, perform month-end activities, create and analyze reports, and identify root causes of payment problems. Qualifications include 5-7 years of experience in collections and deductions, Bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting/finance, working knowledge of SAP, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills.

Handling queries and helpdesk emails, analyzing PO discrepancies, vendor statement reconciliation, processing invoices and payments, metrics reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
