Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Diversey’s market share growth among the largest identified customers in the hotel market within your assigned region by promoting and introducing the full range of Diversey’s products, technologies, parts, and services.
2. Develop and implement metrics to measure Diversey’s market share across product, technology, and service categories for each key customer.
3. Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of Diversey Care’s products, services, and technologies tailored to the hotel industry, ensuring expertise in addressing customer-specific needs.
4. Own and nurture Diversey’s relationships with the top 20 largest customers and owner groups in your assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic collaboration.
5. Identify and develop new customer opportunities within the assigned region to expand market penetration.
6. Provide accurate and timely business and market forecasts to support organizational planning.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the lodging, hospitality, or related industry.
3. Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
