Responsibilities include workforce planning, KPI-based productivity and cost management, quality and service oversight, health and safety and regulatory compliance, Lean continuous improvement, logistics projects, and reporting to the Director of Logistics. The role also develops leadership teams and ensures operational stability through corrective actions and structured communication.

Provide operational HR support and advice across the employee lifecycle: employee relations, absence management, onboarding, contract changes, transfers, and offboarding. Manage sickness cases, ensure compliance with Dutch employment law, collaborate with Payroll/Recruitment/HR Services, and drive improvements to HR documentation, policies, and systems.
