Job DescriptionAbout the role:
As an HR Advisor, you will become a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Based in our international Sevenum office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while advising on employee relations, absence management, and Dutch employment law. About your tasks:
- Advise and support managers and employees on operational HR topics, including employee relations, performance conversations, absence management, and Dutch employment law.
- Take ownership of office-related sickness cases and work closely with managers to ensure effective case management and compliant processes.
- Guide employees through the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract changes to internal transfers and offboarding.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services to ensure seamless and compliant HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by maintaining HR documentation, updating policies, and supporting enhancements to HR systems and processes.
About you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar operational HR role.
- You have solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and enjoy advising managers on employee-related topics.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are a strong plus.
- You enjoy working independently, have a customer-oriented mindset, and appreciate close collaboration with your colleagues. Experience with Workday is an advantage.

Skills Required
- At least 3 years experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar
