The SOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring security events within the 24x7 Security Operations Center. They analyze and respond to detected threats, as well as develop and enhance the SOC's capabilities. Responsibilities include analyzing security logs, investigating security incidents, collaborating with IT teams, developing threat hunting capabilities, and optimizing incident resolution processes.

Responsible for delivering projects/programs on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Lead, supervise, and coordinate initiatives, establish key performance indicators, manage project finances, and ensure compliance with PMO methodology.

Directing change management processes from start to finish, identifying risks, optimizing change readiness, aligning leadership, managing stakeholders, developing high-level change impacts, and maintaining strategic relationships with sponsors, leaders, and employees.

Prepare specifications documents, translate business needs, ensure system requirements alignment with strategy, prepare S4 HANA knowledge documentation, contribute to roadmaps and troubleshooting documents, define and adhere to business cases for new solutions and services, track KPIs measuring business impact, validate architecture and standard solutions, participate in architecture review committees, establish a technological innovation framework in partnership with solution experts.

Develop, implement, and enhance various features of iOS and Android mobile applications with a focus on real-time audio and video communication. Design intuitive interfaces for quick user adoption. Contribute to open-source libraries and automate reliable unit, functional, and end-to-end tests. Stay informed on current technologies and recent developments in mobile and multimedia technologies.

Execute, monitor, and advance IAM controls supporting all regional business activities. Analyze and document existing controls, gather auditor responses, publish status reports and risk metrics, coordinate operational unit efforts, contribute to risk assessment and mitigation solutions, stay current on cybersecurity trends, promote information security standards adoption, and assist in operational reporting framework design and implementation.

Interact with stakeholders to decompose client requests and develop code using best software design practices. Deliver functional code meeting acceptance criteria and ensure product quality through testing and deployment. Document technical designs, maintain test cases, and support requests and issues. Manage production processes, maintain specific modules, transform existing systems, and contribute to software development in an Agile framework.
