Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste GIA senior qui jouera un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des secteurs d’affaires et des équipes TI pour la conception, l’évolution et la mise en œuvre des modèles d’accès aux systèmes d’information. Cette personne participera activement à l’intégration des applications à une solution de Gestion des Identités et des Accès (GIA) basée sur SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Dans un environnement agile et collaboratif, vous contribuerez à renforcer la gouvernance des accès tout en assurant une expérience optimale pour les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes.
Responsabilités
Accompagner les secteurs d’affaires et les équipes TI dans la définition des besoins en matière de gestion des accès;
Concevoir, documenter et mettre en œuvre les modèles d’accès pour les applications et systèmes d’information;
Participer à l’intégration des applications à la plateforme SailPoint ISC;
Analyser les rôles, profils d’accès et processus d’approbation afin d’assurer une gestion sécuritaire et conforme des accès;
Contribuer à l’évolution des pratiques et des cadres de gouvernance des accès;
Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes afin d’assurer l’alignement entre les besoins opérationnels, les exigences de sécurité et les objectifs d’affaires;
Participer aux cérémonies Agile/SAFe et contribuer aux activités de planification et d’amélioration continue;
Fournir des recommandations et agir à titre de conseiller(ère) auprès des équipes impliquées dans les initiatives GIA.
Qualifications
Plus de 8 années d’expérience pertinente en Gestion des Identités et des Accès (GIA) dans un rôle similaire;
Expérience démontrée avec des solutions de GIA, notamment SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC);
Bonne connaissance des outils de sécurité des accès privilégiés (PAM);
Excellente compréhension des concepts et des cadres de gouvernance des accès;
Expérience de travail dans des environnements Agile et SAFe.

Skills Required
- More than 8 years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
- Excellent understanding of access governance concepts and frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada (work authorization).
