Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Spécialiste en risque sécurité pour se joindre à notre équipe.
Responsabilités
D'intégrer la gestion des menaces cyber dans les processus du portefeuille qu’il dessert;
D'anticiper les impacts des technologiques et accélérer la prise en charge des menaces émergentes;
D'orienter les investissements au portefeuille en fonction des risques contextuels;
D'assurer une cohérence entre les exigences de sécurité et les initiatives de son portefeuille;
De contribuer à maximiser la pérennité des opérations et investissements du portefeuille qu’il dessert.
Qualifications
Capacité à identifier les risques de cybersécurité dans des contextes d'affaires et technologiques variés;
Forte capacité d'analyse permettant d'évaluer les impacts potentiels sur les opérations, les données, la conformité et les objectifs d'affaires;
Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes auprès d'auditoires non spécialisés;
Solides aptitudes d'influence sans autorité hiérarchique;
Excellente capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec les partenaires d'affaires;
Connaissance des méthodes de gestion des risques et des contrôles de cybersécurité;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans des environnements de transformation complexes;
Capacité à recommander des solutions équilibrées entre les besoins d'affaires et le niveau de risque acceptable;
Cumuler au moins 8 à 12 années d'expérience en technologies de l'information, dont un minimum de 5 années en cybersécurité, en gestion des risques technologiques ou en gouvernance de la sécurité;
Démontrer une expérience significative dans l'accompagnement de projets, programmes ou initiatives de transformation;
Posséder une expérience en analyse de risque et en intégration de la cybersécurité aux processus d'affaires;
Démontrer une capacité à influencer des parties prenantes multidisciplinaires.

Skills Required
- Ability to identify cybersecurity risks across varied business and technology contexts
- Strong analytical skills to assess potential impacts on operations, data, compliance, and business objectives
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-specialized audiences
- Strong influencing skills without hierarchical authority
- Excellent ability to build trusted relationships with business partners
- Knowledge of risk management methods and cybersecurity controls
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in complex transformation environments
- Ability to recommend solutions balancing business needs and acceptable risk levels
- 8 to 12 years of information technology experience, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity, technology risk management, or security governance
- Significant experience supporting transformation projects, programs, or initiatives
- Experience in risk analysis and integrating cybersecurity into business processes
- Ability to influence multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada
