The Sales Manager will develop and sell AutoStore solutions in the DACH region, manage complex sales projects, and build customer relationships.

Design, develop, and implement FulfillX Warehouse Execution System features with minimal guidance. Break down requirements, write and review code, integrate APIs, collaborate with QA, support releases, debug, and assist product ramp-ups. Travel ~20%.

Lead software projects for Warehouse Execution Systems from initiation through client go-live. Coordinate clients, internal teams, and developers; analyze requirements; define system concepts; manage technical, IT, and interface specifications; and ensure quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Drive optimization, continuous improvement, standards, best practices, and scalable solutions. The role involves approximately 10% travel within Europe and collaboration with international teams.

Develop and close AutoStore sales opportunities across the UK, managing the full sales cycle from business development through contract closure. Responsibilities include building the sales pipeline, designing and budgeting customized automation solutions, managing complex projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires experience in intralogistics sales, CRM proficiency, English fluency, and willingness to travel and stay overnight for customer visits.

Support active customer sites using the FulfillX software platform. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve customer tickets, coordinate software patches and upgrades, communicate effectively with customers, and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end domestic and international orders for APAC: review, schedule, track, document and reconcile shipments; coordinate cross-functional resources; handle customs clearance and export documentation; monitor KPIs, optimize processes and maintain ERP/order systems to improve delivery accuracy, cost control and customer satisfaction.

Configure, test, train, and deploy the Kardex FulfillX software platform; develop and execute internal and integrated test plans with AutoStore and client systems; deliver customer training and post-handover ramp-up support; perform on-site integrated testing and travel to project sites (30-40%).

Manage AutoStore after-sales projects across EMEA, ensuring smooth Sales-to-service transitions, high customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, contract negotiation, change-request implementation, quoting and service marketing, and developing additional services based on service reports. Frequent customer contact and ~40% travel required.

Drive technical planning and execution of AutoStore automation projects across Europe. Create layouts and technical drawings, prepare specifications and tender docs, ensure CE safety compliance via risk assessments, collaborate with suppliers/installers/customers, and support on-site and remote project delivery with occasional travel.

Lead the Lifecycle Services business by developing strategies for customer-centric services, overseeing operational excellence, and fostering innovation and growth.
