Main Accountabilities
- Full-process Order Management: Take charge of the whole management of Remstars domestic and overseas orders, including order receiving, data verification, entry review, production scheduling confirmation, delivery arrangement, and post-delivery reconciliation, ensuring zero errors in order information and standardized processing procedures.
- Order Scheduling & Resource Coordination: According to order priority, customer level and supplier production capacity, formulate reasonable order production and delivery plans. Track production progress and inventory status and ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
- Complete and review all international trade logistics documents accurately, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration documents, certificate of origin and other supporting documents, ensure document consistency and compliance.
- Cross-departmental Communication & Collaboration: Actively connect with sales teams to confirm customer personalized requirements and order adjustment demands; synchronize order progress, delay risks and delivery information with internal departments and external customers regularly, resolve cross-departmental collaboration problems in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with customs brokers to complete import and export customs declaration, commodity inspection, tax payment and clearance work, timely solve customs clearance problems and ensure smooth customs release.
- Track the whole shipment process, monitor cargo transit status, overseas arrival, warehousing and delivery progress, timely feedback shipment information to sales team and overseas customers.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze order fulfillment and logistics performance through key KPIs, including order volume, on-time delivery, exception rates, lead times, and logistics costs. Prepare management reports, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization & System Maintenance: Continuously optimize order management processes and operating specifications according to business development and actual pain points. Be responsible for the daily operation and data maintenance of the order management system/ERP system, promote standardized and digital order management, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Localization Projects & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Support and drive localization projects across the APAC region by identifying and implementing supply chain and sourcing opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce logistics complexity, and optimize Total Cost of Ownership while maintaining service, quality, and delivery performance.
- Execute internal orders to supplier(s): receive and execute internal purchase requests in coordination with key stakeholders in. Coordinate (supplier) delivery dates based on customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain, International Business or related majors; 2-5 years of relevant international logistics and import/export working experience.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to independently communicate and email with overseas customers and foreign logistics providers.
- Proficient in Office software (Excel/Word), familiar with logistics system and ERP system operation is preferred. (SAP B1, SAP S4 HANA)
- Familiar with end-to-end order management business processes, proficient in order review, scheduling, reconciliation and exception handling mechanisms; experience in domestic and international order business is preferred
- Familiar with the process of import and export business, proficient in sea/air freight operation, customs declaration process, international trade terms (INCOTERMS 2020) and cross-border logistics rules.
- Skilled in making and verifying full set of export documents, familiar with HS code classification, tariff standard and commodity inspection requirements.
- Familiar with ASEAN, European, Australian market logistics and customs clearance policies is a plus.
- Have strong cost control awareness, data sorting ability and problem-solving ability, able to independently handle logistics abnormal problems.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in freight rate negotiations and logistics cost optimization with carriers and logistics service providers.
- Careful, responsible, efficient, with good communication skills, teamwork spirit and pressure resistance.
- Candidates with rich experience in cross-border export logistics, familiar with various international shipping channels and customs clearance operation are preferred.
