We are excited to expand our presence in the DACH region. That is why we are looking for a Sales Manager to join us on this growth journey. With business already established in the DACH market, you will be starting from a strong foundation—building on existing momentum while unlocking new opportunities for growth.
We have in Bellheim and in Zürich a Kardex office, while you will be allowed to work smart across DACH and do customer visits.
Your tasks
In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and selling AutoStore solutions across DACH region. From spotting opportunities and building relationships to leading complex sales projects through to closing, you’ll be at the center of driving business success.

- Proactively develop business and identify new opportunities for AutoStore solutions
- Manage AutoStore projects from initial acquisition through to successful contract closure
- Design and implement innovative sales projects, including design, simulation, and budgeting
- Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through continuous communication
- Responsibility for closing AutoStore projects
- Successfully developing a dynamic sales pipeline
Your profile
- A solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation
- The confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from start to finish
- Native or bilingual in German, along with fluent English to connect across international teams; speaking additional languages from Baltics or East Europe is a plus
- A background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience that sets you up for success
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to keep everything on track
- The flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed—because building strong relationships sometimes means being there in person
