Provides onsite end-user computing and infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, Microsoft applications, Active Directory, and GPO issues. Manages laptop imaging, provisioning, patching, hardware and software inventories, server and storage support, rack and cabling organization, and IT project deployments. Coordinates with business and global IT stakeholders, vendors, and service providers; documents procedures and ensures compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards. Travel to multiple offices and remote sites is required as needed.

Designs, develops, debugs, and validates FPGA implementations for semiconductor power delivery systems. Creates test benches, simulations, and algorithm prototypes; interprets PCB schematics; and collaborates on embedded, high-speed system architectures. Supports cross-functional troubleshooting, product testing, documentation, and software development processes. The role requires extensive FPGA experience, digital interfaces, laboratory testing, and occasional domestic and international travel.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver internal products or administrative systems on schedule and within budget. Oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinate interdepartmental meetings, monitor progress from initiation to delivery, assign and support technical staff, and develop personnel.

Work with semiconductor customers, regional HQ, and internal teams to drive development collaborations, communicate customer needs to MSD Germany, provide technical and commercial support, and support next-generation product development. Requires ongoing self-development and up to 10–30% international travel.

Design, develop, and maintain jigs, fixtures, and tooling; plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance; support production teams and NPI readiness; apply lean and TPM to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs.

Support laser drilling manufacturing by leading new product introduction readiness, transferring products into production, developing and validating processes, and improving production efficiency. Design tooling and fixtures, implement lean principles, resolve technical issues, guide production technicians, and minimize downtime. Manage part qualifications and transitions with supply chain and quality teams while documenting testing and ensuring customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.

Provide administrative and site support for the Singapore Center of Excellence: manage travel and purchases, coordinate onboarding, support leadership, organize employee engagement and site events, and maintain office operations and records.

Drive full-cycle recruiting across Japan and selected regional markets, partnering with business leaders and HR teams on workforce planning and hiring strategies. Manage sourcing through onboarding for roles from entry level to executive leadership, lead campus recruitment, support diversity hiring, and strengthen employer branding. Provide market insight, stakeholder guidance, offer negotiation, and continuous recruitment process improvements.

Assess and adapt to changing sourcing needs for IM&S Japan; identify suppliers, technologies, and cost-optimization opportunities; collaborate with stakeholders; evaluate and select vendors; negotiate contracts; monitor supplier performance; and pursue continuous learning in sourcing and procurement.

Reviews and records travel expense reimbursements, validates invoices, tracks payments, analyzes GR/IR and accounts payable balances, and supports month-end close. Performs intercompany reconciliations, inventory counts, document archiving, project implementations, audits, and cross-functional issue resolution. Requires strong accounting knowledge, Mandarin and English fluency, Oracle or SAP experience, and at least five years of accounting experience.
