A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Site Administrative Coordinator, you will act as the primary ambassador to our Center of Excellence in Singapore. On any given day, you will pivot from managing smooth travel logistics for visiting global executives and processing administrative purchases to coordinating onboarding details that welcome our growing technical workforce.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Reporting to the Site Director, you will provide seamless support for our leadership team and act as the primary ambassador for our Center of Excellence in Singapore. Your mission is to blend operational efficiency with a focus on people and ultimately, you will serve as the heartbeat of the site, organizing employee engagement initiatives and site-wide events that actively transform MKS Singapore into a Great Place to Work.
Skills You Bring:
• Requires advanced administrative experience, reading, writing and intermediate arithmetic skills and the ability to use specialized equipment, use of software applications, read difficult instructions and maintain written records
• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
• Typically requires a minimum of 4+ years of related experience
• People-First Personality: Proactive, approachable, and "service-oriented." You should enjoy interacting with people as much as organizing data.
• Agility: Ability to juggle multiple priorities for different managers without losing attention to detail.
• Communication: Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus for vendor/local coordination).
