A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Customer Success Engineer at MSD Korea, Electronics, Semiconductor group, you will partner with semiconductor customers, regional HQ, internal teams to collaborate developments with the customers/regional HQ, customer technical/commercial supports, etc. In this role, you will report to the semiconductor group manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Development collaboration with semiconductor major companies
- Facilitate communication of semiconductors' needs to the regional HQ(MSD Germany), enabling the development of next-generation products
- Semiconductor customer technical/commercial supports
- Build self competitiveness through ongoing self-development in the fast-evolving semiconductor industry
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10-30 % of Travel is required
Skills You Bring:
- Relevant bachelor's degree (Chemical science, chemical Engineering or relevant) or higher
- 3+ Years of job-related work experience
- English communication skills (Writing/Reading/Listening)
- Driving license
- Must be able to travel overseas
