The Senior Upholsterer at Geiger is responsible for upholstering products and training other upholsterers on new and existing products. They ensure high-quality products are delivered in a timely manner, participate in continuous improvement activities, and maintain a safe working environment. This role requires advanced upholstery skills and at least 5 years of experience in upholstery.

The Product Applications Specialist at Geiger is responsible for creating office and workplace room layouts, providing product drawings and specifications, and supporting the sales team with custom furniture solutions. They must have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Furniture Design, along with 3-5 years of design-related experience. Proficiency in CAD software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is required.

Assemble and upholster basic products in a manufacturing setting. Commit to meeting overtime requirements and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Provide feedback on process improvements and uphold quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Develop and document sewing, foam-up/spring-up, and upholstery processes, as well as quality standards. Coordinate prototype and manufacturing builds, train manufacturing associates, and oversee performance/compliance testing. Provide supporting data for costing and Capex projects. Utilize engineering skills and problem-solving abilities to develop solutions. Work under direct supervision and seek mentoring from senior engineers.

Responsible for managing multi-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, driving continuous improvement, and leading team development. Oversees communication, financial management, Lean manufacturing initiatives, human resources, new product development, and quality management. Focuses on achieving operational objectives in safety, quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness.

Apply engineering principles and concepts to routine assignments in support of business objectives. Responsible for providing fundamental engineering leadership and expertise, conducting feasibility studies, and developing engineering criteria. Collaborate with team members, plan projects, and achieve results. Manage Capital Procurement projects for Manufacturing line updates and installations. Seeking approval of budget owner and performing additional responsibilities as needed.

Support the General Counsel in managing and evolving the company's global compliance strategies, policies, procedures, controls, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance risks. Oversee product litigation portfolio and provide ethics and compliance advice globally. Develop compliance training programs and monitor key risk areas within the organization.
