The Field Application Engineer (FAE) drives design wins through technical support to customers and sales, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates globally for product development.

Design and develop mechanical components and products from concept through implementation. Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings, evaluate design concepts for manufacturability and performance, prepare specifications and reports, collaborate with manufacturing/quality/project teams, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement and project delivery.

Design, develop, and validate automated test setups and benches (software and hardware); maintain and improve existing test systems; perform custom tests on prototypes and support validation programs; analyze lab and production data; maintain laboratory organization (6S); perform software maintenance, occasional hardware purchasing/repair, and cross-team support. Daily English communication; Mandarin a plus.

Design, develop, test, and document embedded C software for automotive microcontrollers. Define software specifications from product requirements, follow automotive quality standards, perform root-cause analysis, and work within Agile processes using CI, unit testing, and HIL tools.

The Test Engineer will analyze customer requirements, develop testing plans, conduct and set up various tests, analyze data, and improve the laboratory while guiding technicians.

Lead system-level strategy and customer engagement for power switching and circuit protection products. Translate application requirements into scalable architectures, validate applications through testing, influence product roadmaps, and enable Sales/FAEs with technical content and training. Drive cross-functional alignment and thought leadership across data centers, aerospace, industrial automation, and energy infrastructure.

The Sr. Automation Engineer will lead the design and implementation of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and support business goals.
