Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and transition capabilities into program ownership.

Lead mechanical design and analysis of hot structural components for next-generation military engine products. Execute design, FEA, testing support, certification/qualification documentation, and manufacturing collaboration while managing cost, weight, and schedule deliverables and interfacing across engineering disciplines.

Lead end-to-end management of instrumentation requirements for development engines and rigs. Own cost, schedule, and execution; coordinate across engineering, assembly, test, and hourly workforce; use digital tools to track progress; drive safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement; manage risks and present at technical reviews.

Create, validate, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Define tooling, workholding, setups, and standard work; prove out programs on the shop floor; analyze machining performance; troubleshoot machining issues; maintain documentation and drive process improvements and standardization across product families.
