The Intelligent Automation Support Specialist ensures the smooth operation of orchestration and automation applications, responds to incidents, and aids in performance enhancement. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with teams to improve workflows.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, lead a team of developers, and drive innovation in data engineering practices.

Responsible for coordinating and executing migrations of client schemes to the new FPSL model, completing money movements, reconciling member positions, managing timelines and risks, maintaining project plans, providing quality control, stakeholder communication, and supporting change initiatives to ensure timely, accurate transitions.

Drive cost savings, revenue growth, process improvement and automation, coordinate with global finance teams, and support regional strategy across Italy, Iberia and Latin America.

Lead and develop a Business Analysis team to shape and deliver end-to-end retirement capabilities. Own BA strategy, capability and process architecture, prioritisation, and governance. Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to drive transformation, ensure delivery health, stakeholder alignment, and measurable customer and operational improvements using data-driven, Agile ways of working.

Provide investment compliance advice and support to investment teams, maintain restricted lists, review indices and derivatives, prepare reports and trainings, investigate post-trade violations, and support global compliance monitoring and related projects.

Provide production support and ownership for enterprise applications using PL/SQL and Java/J2EE. Diagnose and resolve SQL/data issues, write queries and stored procedures, monitor batch workloads, perform health checks, handle incidents and changes, collaborate with analysts and DBAs, and support 24x7/UK shift rosters. Maintain documentation and implement technical enhancements.

Edit and grade single- and multi-camera video, create motion graphics, and repurpose content for social/short-form platforms. Manage multiple projects across time zones and support end-users with filming/editing tools to maintain brand consistency and quality.

Lead design and improvement of cross-asset research operating models, govern external research processes, manage vendor coordination, identify and mitigate operational risks, produce analytical reporting, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide leadership and escalation support to ensure scalable, controlled research operations.

Manage and maintain master templates and regulatory member-facing documents, control versioning, liaise with SMEs for approvals, ensure FCA/PRA and DWP compliance, proof and edit content, support production across channels, and deliver content projects on time.
