Leads marketing strategy and activation for assigned Health & Medical brands in Colombia. Responsibilities include P&L and budget management, commercial activations, local campaign adaptation, product launches, go-to-market planning, KPI tracking, market and competitive analysis, omnichannel communications, clinical marketing, training, events, content development, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and regional teams. The role also leads a team, supports innovation, ensures compliance, and drives business growth, product adoption, and brand positioning.

It requires strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in an international environment.

Lead capital electrical projects from concept through commissioning at a high-speed manufacturing facility. Develop scopes, estimates, and schedules; oversee installation, startup, validation, and maintenance of electrical distribution and controls. Program PLCs/HMIs, support troubleshooting, optimize controls for throughput, ensure safety code compliance, and manage obsolescence strategy.
