About the RoleAs an IT Business Analyst, you will join Essity's global Enterprise Automation team, supporting the delivery of Microsoft Power platform automation solutions that improve business processes across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders and development teams, you will gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and help transform business needs into effective technology solutions. The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and working in an international environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
What You Will DoStakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and automation opportunities.
Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyse, document, and refine business requirements to support solution design and delivery.
Communication Management: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout projects.
Project Coordination: Support automation initiatives from initial discovery through implementation, testing, and deployment.
Solution Documentation: Create and maintain requirement specifications, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies, AI developments, and digital trends that can enhance business processes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, IT Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools; familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies is highly desirable.
Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, self-management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at different organizational levels and within global virtual teams.
