The Global Brand Communications Manager sits at the heart of Essity's Consumer Tissue Masterbrand team, leading communications strategy and activation across categories and brands.The position is based in Munich.
Your RoleLead communications strategy for one of Essity's Consumer Tissue categories, partnering closely with the Global Brand Director to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges
Lead communications development for a portfolio of market-leading European brands, including Tempo, Cushelle, Okay, and Plenty
Partner with local marketing and execution teams to scale and deploy high-impact campaigns, content, and communication assets efficiently across markets
Drive excellence in campaign development and content creation across paid, owned, and earned channels
Monitor brand health, communication effectiveness, and business performance metrics, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand growth
Collaborate closely with Global Brand Directors, Insights, Innovation, Local Marketing teams, and external agency partners and ensure alignment between category, product, and masterbrand strategies to create a compelling and consistent consumer experience
