Summer internship in Global Supply Chain supporting time studies for a Flexcell pilot line, warehouse layout optimization, and printer validation. Work cross-functionally with sales and manufacturing, gaining exposure to planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, and inventory management.

Lead early-stage R&D for minimally invasive therapies: generate concepts, build and test rapid prototypes, develop benchtop and simulation models, plan feasibility and pre-clinical studies, analyze results, iterate designs, and coordinate with global R&D, partners, and suppliers to mature novel implantable devices and delivery systems.

Perform compensation analyses, create job profiles, benchmark pay data, participate in compensation surveys, support pay review inquiries, collaborate on projects to identify trends and recommend actions, and provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders.

Provide on-site Tier 1/2 hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices; configure and deploy workstations, manage lifecycle upgrades, handle service requests and incident tickets, train users, coordinate vendors, and support VOIP/A/V and network connectivity.

Own China channel operations for distributors end-to-end: onboarding, renewal, termination, authorization changes, cycle counts, and performance evaluation. Improve inventory accuracy via stocktaking and issue resolution. Design data warehouse structures and analytical models; build complex reports (billing, hospital, inventory, sales, rebates) to inform business decisions. Provide channel intelligence, KPI updates, stakeholder-facing problem solving, and ensure strong engagement and communication with business units.

Lead regional FP&A for EEMEA: drive planning cycles (AOP, forecasts), consolidate regional results, manage OPEX/CAPEX and headcount planning, provide variance and ad-hoc strategic analysis, partner with stakeholders, and improve FP&A processes and systems.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions (Scoped Apps, workflows, integrations). Configure ITSM/ITOM/TPRM/Employee Center Pro, build REST/SOAP and MID Server integrations, ensure platform security/performance, support testing and deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to automation and AI-driven capabilities.

Manage compensation strategies and programs, oversee merit reviews, ensure market competitiveness, and provide training and guidance to managers.
